The small intimate venue (known for it’s Burlesque Shoes) was filled with media, roc nation reps and the likes of Beyonce, Jay-z, Estelle, and Omarion…Ace of Spades was on the house and kept flowing all night so it was evident something magical was about to go down.

Jay eventually emerged on stage and announced that New Orleans MC Jay Electronica was officially signed to Roc Nation. “It’s not really a surprise of this next wizard we are about to introduce. We’ve been watching this wizard do his thing, you guys have supported him in a major way and he goes by the name of Jay Electronica. He’s an official Roc Nation Signee.”

Dean Gardens, a huge, and very pink, mansion finally sold, after 15 years on the market and a whopping $25 million price reduction. The buyer plans on demolishing the 32,000 square-foot home, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports.

But, before the wrecking ball strikes the Atlanta-area abode,  the contents are up for grabs. Gala events are planned for Aug. 20-21 and Aug. 28, and what’s left over will be auctioned off, with some of the proceeds donated to charity, homeowner Larry Dean tells Developments. He’s been living in the ornate digs.

Attendees can glimpse gilded rooms that cost more than $5 million to fill: There’s a nursery with a carousel theme, a diner-inspired game room with a jukebox and soda fountain and thepeacock room featuring a cappuccino bar and a 4,000-pound English limestone table sitting atop a steel beam buried under the home.

Kanye West’s Los Angeles Crib

Now that Kanye’s place in Los Angeles is for sale, one gets a nice look inside the place. What we see does actually not surprise us very much. Pop art, Kaws toys, cartoon characters and more are mixed with modern Italian furniture and B&O sound systems. Of course there is also a good amount of Takashi Murakami in the place, an artist that Kanye has been into for a while already. By the way, if you are interested, the place is for sale for about 4 Million USD. Even though some of the art and also the furniture is great, the mix does not work for us 100%. It just seems a bit cold overall.
